Since 25/05/2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (the Regulation) has been entered into force, so our team is willing to make efforts at its fullest to coordinate each detail of its activity fully in line with the Regulation as well as to respect your rights and interests.

The Association processes contact information for you, which constitutes personal data. The present information is collected solely for the specific purpose of controlling your inquiry to a competent employee in order the same one to be able to respond to you. Тhe access to your personal data is limited to a certain number of employees and members, being part of the Association team as well as being directly involved in answering inquiries electronically.
The contact information provided shall be used only for correspondence. It may happen you to be contacted once a party is no longer expected to respond to any correspondence in order to inform you about circumstances that we consider as important to you. Please be aware of the fact you have the right to object to our follow-up contact, as well as to information messages sent by us. We shall always comply with such a request, and in case you wish so, we shall irrevocably delete your personal data (provided we no longer have a legitimate interest of keeping it).

Your personal data is stored for certain periods of time, which are determined by:
- the requirements of the Bulgarian and European legislation;
- another period, in order to protect our legal rights and interests, but not longer than 5 years.
